Gerry McKeown - Board Member

Gerry McKeown joined the Board of Data Electronics as a non-Executive Director and an investor in 2001.

Having graduated from UCD with a degree in Physics, Gerry McKeown has pursued a career, spanning over 40 plus years, in Information Technology.  In 1974 he set up McKeown Software which grew to employ 200 people with offices in Belfast, London and Hong Kong.

He also holds positions, both as an investor and Board Member, in a number of other IT companies in region Ireland and the UK.   He is a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society.
